I have this intake on my 2.3 manual. And yes, it was a pain to install. However, my concern revolves around the difficulty of cleaning the filter, as cleaning it on the stock intake took 2 min, vs this looks like its a matter of pulling off or pushing to the side the turbo inlet pipe, then...

I'm highly considering doing this swap from 8 inch to 12 inch. I think in the long run its really going to bring more value as its not a bad investment. I think I might pull the trigger on this sometime in June.
Could you provide insight to how you installed this amp and hooked it up to the kick panel speakers? I might really consider picking up this sub too. Also, how does it sound?
Slightly relevant - The start up animation on my Bronco is officially gone. Also, when attempting to change the time, it completely locks up. Only resolution is to pull battery terminal. I have an apt this Friday for Sync 4 to be reloaded....yay.
I went with a cheaper one with the toggle switch adapter and got the error - "the adapter is NOT recommended for this car - some FORSCAN functions may not be available or not work properly. So, its unable to load the ACM module.
Interesting. Ok, I'll unhook the battery for 15 and try something of that nature to see if Sync will reapond accordingly. Right now it's now responding after a two min power drain.
