  1. Does the Ford Bug Shield actually work?

I’ve taken mine through the toucless car wash around 10 times and it hasn’t budged. No leaks with soft top using touchless either. Make sure to install it on a warm day or warm the 3M adhesive with a heatgun and it should stay put.
  2. Does the Ford Bug Shield actually work?

Yup, make sure to get the Aeroskin II with the raised bump. Small pebbles and bugs seem to fly over rather than into the windshield now. It even alleviated my mirror whistle due to changing the airflow. I have a 2021, and my dealer refused to switch out my side mirror caps with the updated ones...
  3. Best lift kit for non sas going for sas look?

I appreciate your feedback and I love that the 5100s are adjustable for when I inevitably add a winch. I really like that the Body Armor Odyssey front bumper I installed is winch-ready for when that time comes, and with the 5100s I can raise the fronts to the next circlip to compensate for the...
  4. Best lift kit for non sas going for sas look?

This is likely the route I am going to go as shipping on any SAS takeoffs I find is almost the cost of the takeoffs themselves. I’m hoping the 5100s smooth out some of the body roll in turns and jarring bumps at highway speeds that the stock Hitachis exhibit. I rode in an F150 with 5100s added...
  5. Before and after: 18" wheels, 35's, Bilsteins, SAS flares and more

Nice, I’m hoping to pick up a set of Sas Bilstein takeoffs from either a 4 door 2.7 Badsquatch or Wildtrak for the impoved handling on and offroad and also to compensate for the steel front bumper I added last Fall. Once that is achieved, then I plan to powder coat black the OEM Big Bend wheels...
  6. Before and after: 18" wheels, 35's, Bilsteins, SAS flares and more

Wow, the proportions look to be perfect being a 2 door with those wheels and 35s. With the Sas coilovers, I bet it rides like a cloud!
  7. Expensive vacation souvenir: a Badlands Bronco

Congrats! Especially with any kind of price drop. A loaded manual non squatch Cyber Orange Badlands including the optional wheels is quite the find indeed!
  8. Connecticut 2021 badlands Sasquatch suspension price reduced $450

If these are still available, would you mind to check shipping cost to 24740? Thanks
  9. What is the specific TSB or reference code for the Window Module Update?

Agreed. They probably know me as “that pesky guy” who insisted on a 5 tire rotation and kept trying to get us to address his whistling side mirrors (which I fixed myself with the Aeroskin II bug deflector).
  10. What is the specific TSB or reference code for the Window Module Update?

I called my Ford dealer this afternoon and scheduled an appointment for this Friday to have the door module update performed. The service department tech actually called it a recall, so perhaps Ford has now changed its status from TSB to recall. I’m just happy they knew what I was talking about!
  11. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

With the Body Armor front bumper being one of the more high clearance offerings, the ARB skid should fit great. If I have any complaints about the Body Armor skid, it’s that it could tuck up a good bit more towards the LCAs more like the OEM skid plate, but it probably has that big flat void to...
  12. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

I really like Body Armor’s front bumper as it is a solid alternative to the still unavailable from parts counter Modular bumper. I will eventually install a winch, so for now I have not installed the winch plate yet. DD SS3s worked out great in the precut fog pockets and the included skid plate...
  13. Turn Offroad | Aftermarket Hard Top NOW AVAILABLE

I dropped the modular top and soon after the MIC from my 2021 order after Ford’s infamous Spring and Summer 2021 emails that went out to the early res order holders. It was around the time of the MIC fiasco email that the AMB being dropped as color choice rumors started to surface, so I feel I...
  14. Turn Offroad | Aftermarket Hard Top NOW AVAILABLE

Yay! It actually appears to be black instead the MIC’s prefaded gray! TOR’s top is really going to look great paired with AMB. Congrats and bravo to Turn Offroad.
  15. All I want for Christmas is... raised floor with two full slide drawers for the cargo area (only)

This would be a great project for someone like @Mabett even if it uses ABS and not expensive steel or aluminum ones currently offered from current 3 parties or Ford’s overpriced slide out tailgate. Yes plastic is not as secure, however if lockable, it would at least provide some extra storage...
  16. Body Armor brand bumpers. Anybody running them yet?

I finally got everything finished and am very satisfied with the results. The DD SS3 Sports fit quite nicely and are plenty bright enough for my needs. I may add a winch eventually, but some Mickey Thompson Baja Boss or BFG KO3 in 285/70/17 are a higher priority.
  17. Body Armor brand bumpers. Anybody running them yet?

I did finally manage to get it installed last weekend with a friend’s help. You don’t have to remove the existing tow hooks that come with the plastic bumper, but the installation is so much easier if you do as there is not much room to get a socket to turn the bolts on the Body Armor bumper...
  18. Body Armor brand bumpers. Anybody running them yet?

Yup, it arrived Wednesday morning via full sized tractor trailer on a pallet. The box including pallet was 236 lbs! I hope to at least unbox it today and take inventory, but with Fall temps fast approaching, I have a bunch of outside chores to knock out first, so install this weekend is...
  19. Body Armor brand bumpers. Anybody running them yet?

Good deal, I’m excited too! I’ve been waiting for an affordable quality steel bumper which includes front bash plate and bull bar to be released from a third party manufacturer since I dropped the mod bumper from my order to get it built and delivered in Dec 2021. If Ford made the mod bumper...
