you will be fine, back top weighs about 75-85 lbs , the two front panels weigh about 20 lbs each , total together 120lbs , maybe ?
I have the same setup except the metal iron , I bolted the hoist to my joist directly and I lift it all up with the front panels on top of the back bronco top...

ford transfer case skid plate for the more doors FITS a 2 Door
That is all I wanted, some sort of protection
After market skids are stronger and 3x more cost but not necessary for what type of backroads I would need. I’m not hard core trail runner.
installing a transfer case skid plate today on my 2D BB .
original Ford skid , had to stop , did not have the U-bolt nuts that is needed x2. . got them ordered , will pick them up tomorrow and finish the skid plate under body process .
anyone says that the original transfer case skids only work...

well I got it mounted ,did not have to shave off the hooks or replace inter-cooler mounts.
what I did have to do is cut some slots on the bash plate . did that with a dremmel tool and metal cutting blade , took all of 20 minutes . now I have the bash plate mounted and waiting for the engine...
