Look closely at the area of the license plate surround. I can’t remember which comes off first, but if you don’t do it in the right order, you will be buying some more parts too. I’m pretty sure I had to remove the license plate surround from the back first, before I pulled off the plastic...

I’m sure they have gone up some since I bought it, but, my local dealer is also selling online with 20-30% discounts with free local pick up. I think the cost for a new steel bumper and the cover was just a tad over $500 in 2022.

From what I remember when I replaced my steel bumper, those are not replaceable if you break them. I did buy that plastic step pad at my local dealer for something like $125.
