Rivian beats the Hummer GMC in looks that's for sure:

The F-150 Lightning is too conventional in looks for an EV and the Cybertruck is too wild. Rivian is my choice for an EV pickup.
I was thinking Ford Performance only has a certain budget and they would choose either Ranger or Bronco to build a Raptor version since they share a platform. I think this makes it less likely to see a Raptor Bronco but I really hope I'm wrong. That would be my dream vehicle.
If we see ADM with the new Bronco grrr... you're right about used Wrangler prices, I can't understand how it can be justified other than there is no competition. Jeep is competing with itself right now but I think that will change when the Bronco arrives.
The only thing I don't like about this news if it is true is the price tag. They better price it below $30,000 base if they expect to steal any sales away from the Wrangler which starts at around $24,000
Completely agree with JAG. The Everest has decent off road abilities from what i've read but it looks like a beefed up soccer mom SUV. Not the utilitarian BOF wrangler fighter that it needs to be. Oh and that top needs to come off if it hasnt been said enough times..
I've seen a lot of articles but never came across that. The only info I saw about it was in the Administrator's first post with the renders.
"Our sources tell us that while Ford is in the early stages of planning, the company has purchased Wrangler Unlimited and Wrangler Unlimited Rubicons for...
The april fools day one looks good, why wouldn't it? it's just a re-proportioned Raptor. But it won't do as a Bronco. It's too rounded, too curved, too pedestrian. The fenders need to be squared. From the rear 1/3 view it looks way too much like an Explorer. The same can be said of the 6g render...
Other than a wider track the 4DR Jeep Unlimiteds (the highest seller) are almost identical in size to the 1996 bronco isn't it?
From a quick search:
184″ L x 79″ W x 74″ H (1996 Bronco)
vs
184″ L x 74″ W x 73″ H (4 Door Wrangler Unlimited)
If they pinch the dimensions a little it would...
Did the '04 concept have a removable top? I cant remember. I hope Ford realizes this is what the Bronco absolutely needs or it will not even be considered by most Jeep cross shoppers.
What I'd really like to know if Ford has already started designing the next Bronco? If so how far along could they be. Generally design is locked in place what, 2-3 years ahead?
