I will have your tip about the headrest added to the instructions, can you possibly get me a picture of the bracket you said you cut out for?
To the others we will update some socket sizes. Please forgive us we took photos of the install then did the instructions based on photos and memory so...
I personally have done the installs, I cannot say how fast I can respond but if you DM me here I can try to help. We also monitor the [email protected] email, with that said we have lives and try to not sit and work all weekend.
Presale is good until end of Day Saturday 5/11, then price goes to $728
Instructions are live. Video install will be available in June. Email Orders@goarmorlite if you have any questions at all.

To use the main drain plugs, level is best, sightly up or down would also work. Our floor all has a slight draft to the plugs and the reason for our troughs is to capture water together to make it drain easier but also to help it gather so you can give it a swipe or towel if your level...
Right now the presale is no code required 10% off.
I know I am selling you an alternative, but I reviewed the washout floor to see if we had a business case to compete against the factory option. Mind you we are owned by Auria Solutions, we make oem floors as 99% of our business, we don't have...
At this point I know the Bronco pretty well and would say it would take me 1-2 hours. I think going through instructions familiarizing yourself with the process and making sure trim clips are aligning properly I would plan 2-4 hours.
I think the one factor that might deter some people to hire a...
Our plug will stay in place for this scenario, The plug snaps into the metal floor easy but is surprisingly difficult to remove, and the lid if close properly should stay closed even during submersion.
I have extensively tested our Wrangler plugs and although I haven't had as much field testing...
The insulation we use on Armorlite floors is a polyester fiber, not a cotton. Poly fiber does not absorb moisture like a natural fiber. It is just plastic. The stock floors are foam.
The difference is ours allows better flow to the passive drains, these are separate from the exposed drain plugs...
We discourage use of mats on top of this.
This TPO floor is virtually indestructible unlike most vac formed mats.
Mats can slide around and are a hazard.
We lifetime warranty the grain of our floor, we have yet needed to warranty a floor for a wear issue in 5 years.
We love Ken, as a shop owner he really emphasized having a shop do this install.
I did the test installs and would say if you can lift the front seats out, it’s as easy or easier than a Wrangler JLU install.
Having some experience removing interior trim would be a plus, but if you follow...
We are working on instructions that have detailed photos, it will be out next week. Video install will come shortly after we have more product to install. I think the photo install should be enough for most people.
butyl sound deadeners like kilmat or dynamat are not sound absorbers but they do stop reverb of large flat panels, so it can help with road noise vibration some, just make sure you don't cover the passive drains and stay at least 2" away from our drain holes. I also advise you to not add any...
We missed the presale discount on the first few orders, any of those who purchased at full amount should see a refund of the difference. Sorry about that, let me know if it comes through any different.
Here is the construction of the floor. The insulator is a woven poly fiber that does not absorb water, this actually allows better flow to the stock passive drains in your floor if you get carried away in a river or something. Resistant to mold or mildew wont smell.
The top layer is virtually...
