I get this happening occasionally on the driver’s side, especially in cold weather. Just a big blank area. The dealer was unable to find anything wrong. My guess is it’s a slightly loose connection somewhere. It usually goes back to normal the next time I start the vehicle.
Haven't really stuffed it beyond 2 full hockey bags and sticks.
But I can confirm that 8 foot lumber will fit (barely) between the windshield and tailgate.
Best color by far. I'm keeping my AMB '21 forever, or at least until AMB is available again. And if you think it looks black, either your vision is horrible or you've never actually seen it in person.
Nicely done. I made something similar, but in 2 pieces, and not nearly as carefully crafted. I didn't bother with any weatherproofing. Mine was made primarily for a minimal security system to prevent somebody from grabbing my golf clubs when the top is off.

My 2021 12" camera works perfectly (at the moment) but my software has never updated correctly at all. What are the odds that this recall might fix that issue inadvertently while taking care of the camera?
Don't worry about it. I also have a badlands with no intention off-roading any time in the foreseeable future. Ford forced me into it the way they set up their trim lines. My two must haves were MGV seats and high/lux package. Only way to get that combo is badlands.
Last update was April of last year, right after I took delivery. Nothing since then. I took it in also and was told everything is fine and there's nothing they can do.
No email here. Makes perfect sense, I haven't received any software updates in over a year for my Bronco. But that's normal, right @Ford Motor Company ?
Any chance you’d be willing to check on mine as well? 21 Badlands that last updated to 1.6.0 in April of last year. Dealer says there’s nothing they can do - just need to wait. If you can’t, that’s fine. Just looking for information.
@redone17 if by some miracle this actually helps please be sure to let the rest of us know what the outcome is. There are a whole bunch of people not getting updates at all.
Anybody else from this group not getting Sync updates? Mine last updated to 1.6.0 in April of last year. Nothing since then and the service manager tells me there’s nothing wrong, that’s just the way it is.
