I believe it is a vehicle tracking device that allows the dealer/lender to shit off the vehicles ignition if you fall behind on payments. I've known a few people to have this happen to them, and you can look it up it is a real thing. I don't know if they only do it on "higher risk borrowers", or...
The built in navigation, not the subscription, would be nice whenever I am camping in the mountains without cell service and need to find my way home. But you know paying more money for less features works too I guess
Just cancel your order through Ford. If you don't have a vin then it should just go away. If you tell the dealer to cancel your order, then they would probably keep it. Unscheduled with no vin, just call Ford and cancel.
How do we have idiots like this with a bronco, but a lot of us enthusiasts are still waiting for Ford to pull their heads out of their bums?

2007 Nissan Xterra here with just under 200K.
Had coolant leak into the tranny. Fixed that, but now the transmission has bad metal flaking, exhaust leaks, a sticking throttle body, a major power steering leak, and no bronco in sight.
Day 3 res still stuck in limbo without a bronco. I've lost all faith in Ford, and refuse to buy or encourage anyone to buy or use any Ford products at this point
