That's basically the same profile as the Bronco concept from 2004. To think they could have saved themselves all that trouble and released it 14 yrs earlier to ride the SUV wave all the way to 2018.

Any publicity is good publicity some say. But ford might not agree with this one. I think they will want as much distance from OJ as possible. Hell i will not be surprised if it doesn't come in white when it comes back!:D
I have doubts that Ford will bring a true Wrangler competitor here.
The Everest / Ranger platform is expensive to begin with and they have a lot of development money invested in this platform. It would make sense to extend it for another low volume seller.
