Some States mandate it. Not even sure about Indiana. Newer cars, it doesn't bother me much .... unless the fuel sits for more than a week or two. Anything else, it becomes a nightmare on the fuel system. Boats, lawn equipment .... anything not in constant use or without the right fuel lines...
