And I still can't get scheduled for a 2 door Badlands Lux, that I reserved in August 2020. I'll likely see these 2 doors on the road first. I do like them, but dammit.
My Bad. I wasn't interested in the Raptor, but I thought the program benefited those who have waited FOREVER, not the Dealerships again. Well, some of the dealerships anyway. There are still some honorable ones out there.
If "you" were selected and given the opportunity to purchase a Bronco Raptor, the dealer only gets his $20,000 markup if you say OK. He can't even get that vehicle if you walk away. Negotiate until you are satisfied, that dealership will always want more - so offer him nothing !
You have my exact same build and color change (CO to EG), except I ordered Lux Pkg. If they can build that one, why not ours? I've got nothing scheduled either.
It is very disheartening to go thru the process Ford invented, waiting as long as many of us have, just to see others order and get scheduled within a week. Granted, it may not get built as scheduled, but I've had no communications other than changing my order to a 2022. It's like I never...
Yes. Made my color change with small dealer - kept same pricing, changed priority code as they entered order. I contacted the dealer before he had a chance to contact me yesterday.
I'm not taking Ford's side on this because I think they're wrong. On the other side of the coin, though, how many individuals reserved 2 or more Bronco's with the intention of selling one later for above MSRP. We can always complain about the dealers, but there are individuals that play dirty...
I have 2 Dr BL on order
2021 B&P shows LUX pkg at $5,085, while the new 2022 Order guide is showing LUX pkg at $3,500 or so. It looked to me like MID Pkg was standard for 2022, which would mean $1,400 or so for MID and reduced cost for standard "Capable" bumper. Price may actually be lower on...
Many of us made reservations over a year ago, and placed our orders 9 months ago. That's all many of us have; order confirmation and contact your dealer. When your build can be scheduled, your dealer will contact you to see if you want to make any changes. Once he submits it, then you wait...
Use to be automatic vs manual was about 50-50. Before that it was very rare to find an automatic that didn't cost you a fortune. Just like AC in the early years, the option cost almost as much as the car. Automatics are much better now, cheaper and more efficient. It's rare these days to...
Maybe Webasto will sell all the bad tops for $100 apiece. We could all get two extras and experiment or have MIC, White and body color to interchange as we please.
Does the top come off? Is it designed for luxury or off-roading? You're never going to get that 28 speaker sound in a Bronco with the top off, no matter what you do.
Automatics are just that, automatic. When you have a manual, the driver is in control. Choosing the gear for acceleration becomes his job, and manuals usually have fewer gear ratio's to choose from. The 2.3 manual will never compare to a 2.7 auto in stock form, but that doesn't mean it's bad...
