My hardtop was replaced a couple weeks ago. The side windows and rear window were reused. If you are gonna get one replaced make sure to get the replacement headliner also if you have one.

OK Here's what you need to know. Go look at your hardtop especially if you have a 2 door. You are gonna want to look under and around the side windows for hairline cracks. Be aware that these cracks aren't always easy to see. If the top is wet, waxed or has 303 on it you probably wont see them...

Just got mine back after 7 days. I guess it takes a while to glue in a headliner and glue the windows back in to the new top. I have had 2 warranty issues but Ford stepped up and to care of them without any hassle.
