Also, these are the correct slide in t-nuts. the cross bars are made by 8020 and these are the ones that fit. https://amazon.com/gp/product/B00TG33Q58 you can get the ones on jcr site (or ones like those). but i went through a bunch of wrong ones in a slide in t-nut style in my search.

Don't be dissuaded. It is a great bumper. And pairs perfectly with their front bumper. I have both on mine.
