These things are cheap and basically give you the option to mount the reservoirs wherever you would like.

I noticed that as well and thought it was a little strange.
A balljoint at the knuckle would be a nice option as it would also help keep the cost down as well. Total Chaos has been making these for Toyota’s in their “Expedition Series” for many years now and they basically all convert to...
A few days ago I saw these arms on the Solo Motorsports website. Still doesn’t have a price listed, so I imagine they are pretty new still. High quality fabrication as usual from Solo Motorsports...
What about buying a tubular upper arm and cut/sleeve an inner tube to get the 2” length?
Have you considered ditching the coil bucket completely and running standard 8” coilovers with a shock hoop? I’m not sure how feasible that is with the Bronco, but it’s pretty commonly done on prerunner...
Actually Eibach has these springs available for the HOSS 3.0. They are actually the same springs for the sasquatch/Bilstein shocks, but just yield different lift numbers. There are a few broncos on this forum running them as well as a few threads about the springs...
When I purchased my 3.0 rack from the local dealership they would only let me use the ford pass points on the price of the rack (around $900), I had to pay the core charge ($400) out of pocket.

Foutz makes a replacement boxed lower control arm, but it uses a 1.5" uniball. Also not cheap.

Last night I came across an ad for the same axle with 10K miles on it. His price seemed high, but I think depending on what type of locker/gears the price may go up?!? I wasn’t aware that it was available in different widths. I watched the install video that spicer made for the install as...
I thought this build looked familiar….
Why did you start another build thread?

I would bet that they would work. Eibach sells a replacement spring that works on both the HOSS 2.0 Bilstein and HOSS 3.0 Fox,both have the same part number. So I would assume you could definitely use the same springs, but they may not be the ideal rate for the valving of the shocks.
I don't have any experience with a center console install, but I followed this glove box install for my 575 and it went very smooth. Wired it to outfitter switch #6 and used a pro clip mount for the mic. Install was very straightforward and the end result I was very happy with...
Got my American Adventure Labs shelf delivered just in time for my trip to the Mojave Trail. With the rear seats in the upright position my new camping table I got for Xmas fits perfectly snug between the shelf and seat. Its not the most ideal setup, but the table when folded up is the perfect...
