Mud flaps are 100% necessary. Especially the front flaps since they will protect your side from rock chips. I had some pretty good nicks the first month and got mud flaps and that helped protect the paint.
Ok. I am big into sound and this was the very first thing I did on my Bronco.
Here are a few tips/suggestions.
I ordered the 6inch speaker with Kickers from SSV. The speaker is already installed on the pod and you just need to remove the old pods and install this. This was SUPER easy and would...
It would be nice to have power folding mirrors but I just donāt think it makes sense on a Bronco. So many ways it could go wrong. Opening the door too fast and smashing your window into the mirror.
Maybe go with a new Lux Badlands? I personally think they are an overall better trim than Wildtrak but thatās just my opinion. A new Lux Badlands would probably be around what you paid for your Wildtrak.
If your mainly gonna use it as a daily driver I would probably just stick with what the vehicle comes with. If you plan to off road it, then go ahead and get a better suspension and put those take offs on.
I purchased a Badlands nonsas. I like the bigger tires but can wait until I need new tires...
Looks nice. I just got the wireless charger from Amazon. I think it was a Mabatt one. Just unscrew console and swap out panel. Iām not sure if I would be brave enough to drill into the Bronco.
Yea, I donāt think the Bronco is going away anytime soon. I honestly think it is here to stay as long as Ford converts to electric. This is very very interestingā¦ I think I have a new topic in mind.
Sure but what hackers live near you and will take your car?
Iāve never heard of anyone steal someones phone and take their car.
But I sure as hell have heard people break into someoneās house and steal their car keys. Or steal them at a bar, etc.
I trust my phone as a car key than a physical car...
Wow really. Most people wouldnāt give you the washout floors. I guess itās just a personal preference.
It would be nice to have memory power seats but not at the cost of losing the washout floors.
During winter, my Bronco gets filled with snow and mud. Washing it out is so easy and especially...
That makes no sense. You donāt trust a phone that has security features but you trust a fob that has zero security.
Trust me, it would be much easier to steal a fob than it is to steal a phone and be able to unlock it.
CD player? What are those. š
Would you rather have power seats or washout seat and floor?
You pretty much lose the washout seat and floor with power seats.
I get it, the fob isnāt that big and isnāt a problem most of the time. I have it with my other keys on a bronco keychain. Yes, I can remove it and just carry the fob but itās annoying to remove and put back on.
In the winter, I snowboard a lot and I donāt mind having it on my pocket zipped...
