  1. Key Not Found - Intermediate Issue

My 21 has done this randomly since new, often enough to be annoying. I remember I was not the only one with a new 21 having the issue. Nice to see its another Bronco quirk that lives on.
  2. Lane assist, is mine working correctly?

The Bronco definitely has active correction, with the lane keep assist feature. You have to have assist turned on in the menus, and you have to activate the feature on the steering wheel, which many people don't realize. Now don't confuse the ancient lane keeping system with modern lane...
  3. Squeak coming from Cargo Area - Fixed âś…

I would not use vasoline or any petroleum based product on these rubber seals, will degrade them over time. The krytox is used for a reason. You can also add some felt tape or other stripping to stop the seal on paint squeaking.
  4. Remote start/heated seats "issue"

I have attributed this issue to the ambient temp sensor. It is slow and inconsistent, especially after just starting up. I think the Bronco makes the climate control settings right after remote start is turned on. The ambient sensor seems to not have started reading and is using its last...
  5. Soft top coming apart and leaking

Calling Ford out on their horrible quality control and design issues is not "bashing".
  6. MIC hard top surface now resembles the moon's surface

Don’t feed the trolls guys. They know the top has major quality issues and this top is garbage.
  7. MIC hard top surface now resembles the moon's surface

The main issue is #2. Waaaaay too thin. Cost is always a driver in these decisions, but the reason Ford went with this design over the tried and true methods Jeep uses, was weight. The same reason our interior panels are ridiculously thin and flimsy. Bronco had weight issues and during design...
  8. MIC hard top surface now resembles the moon's surface

Previous posters are correct. They all have this to some extent, and there is no reason to replace it and just get another one with the same issues. I will be taking mine in for replacement right before my warranty expires. Its just sitting in my garage anyways lol.
  9. Hardtop cracks? Something else?

Not really a revelation at this point. I have said it many times, every Bronco I have looked at in person has these cracks. Some worse than others, but EVERY SINGLE ONE. Two and 4 door. Brand new or early 2021. Doesn't matter. It’s a shit design, but no reason to worry about the under...
  10. MIC Top

Everything you mentioned was present on my "2.0" version top, so not sure it really matters. But there should be a sticker on the back clamshell that shows its production date. Best thing I did for my Bronco was replace the MIC with a trektop.
  11. Hardtop cracks? Something else?

Don’t waste your time. The new top will just do the same thing. Wait until later in your warranty to get the replacement. The official Ford communication to dealers says these cracks are covered, but there are definitely dealers who don’t know or care.
  12. Window not retracting on time when opening door

It’s a shit design that Ford has kinda addressed on newer builds, and may push down to the rest of us.
  13. Locking Noise even after turning off the car.

Completely normal. There are several things that make the clicking noises your hearing. In addition to those mentioned already, there is also the battery saver timeouts which those relays make noise too.
  14. Customer Satisfaction Program 23B35 -- 2021-2023 Bronco windshield wiper motor software update

2 years too late, but holy shit finally………. Thanks for the update.
  15. Top Creaking and clicking

That is the liftgate window rubber seal rubbing on top of tailgate. You need some krytox lube on there, every 6 months or so.
  16. Windows Open Slightly When unlocked

Like I said, if they aren’t going back up on their own there is a problem. Dealer time.
  17. Windows Open Slightly When unlocked

Agree. It’s very strange they left out the passive lock most of us use exclusively. I guess I should of called it a partial fix lol.
  18. Windows Open Slightly When unlocked

Of course it’s an improvement. The windows no longer catch on the seals and wobble when you open a door. They will go back up after you open and close a door. If not something is wrong.
