Other options could, yes. Not the implementation I have as FordPass does not operate in real time - it gets triggered by certain events such as engine on, engine off, doors opening etc. I use an automation to trigger fresh statistics once a day since I drive it so rarely and it'll go into deep...
I track all vehicle stats provided by FordPass via third party software for my smart home and its common to see the Bronco drop down to about ~12v when sitting for a while, but the truck will start disabling "always on" sensors and systems to drop battery usage drastically once you get to the...
Mine sounded like the old TFL video floating around. Incredibly irritating creaks and pops coming from all over.. Distracting while driving. I found the gaskets and pins both make their own noises so both needed lubed pretty well. It's worked perfect for me..
Your results may vary...
Oh yeah I solved this one back in 2021.. There is a thread somewhere.
Convertible silicon lube. Buy a can, lubricate all of the gaskets and the pins, follow the directions on the can but basically let it sit a few and wipe it off extra with a dry cloth.
I did it twice about 2 months apart...
I have the same issue and I have replaced everything related to suspension and the geometry of the vehicle. No change. Mine is a thump from front driver side.
21 Badlands with 3” Icon Stage 6, 37” tires and HOSS 3.0 steering rack. Only my lower control arms are stock at this point.. all...
There are threads in all of the wheel holes for the lug studs. Only way that happens is if the wheel is loose and able to move freely in all directions on the hub as you’re going down the road, allowing the steel studs to imprint in the aluminum wheels before eventually sheering off.

Check your tailgate bolts on the hinges. I've seen exactly 1 case of the tailgate working itself free a bit. It's probably not your problem, but I would start with that.
Do you have a tailgate table or molle system?
You try holding down the traction control button for 7-10 seconds to totally disable the safety systems?
Don’t use a goat mode - just put it in 4H, totally disable traction control and keep your RPMS 2500+ and see if you still feel it. Lock the rear if you are able.
That’s as dumbed down as...

They do indeed make this and other kits that essentially are PPF that strives to be optically clear. You can also just talk to a local wrap shop and they should have it available to put on your windshield as well. Fairly...
Whats your battery voltage without the alternator running? (key on position without engine started)
Not sure if applicable to Bronco, but other Ford vehicles can show a P0339 due to low battery or problems with the charging system.
One more thing to check if the wait for the dealership is long.
Did you check the latch covers for the top? They're plastic pieces that snap over the metal latch that live right over the driver and passenger seats. Mine rattled and squeaked like crazy because they're just loosely held in with 2 small clips.
I have a hard top so it may be different in a soft...
Your best bet is to pull DTC codes (check engine codes) and see what keeps flashing. They'll be in memory even if they aren't active at the moment.. You can do this yourself with an adapter that connects to your cellphone or you can take it to any auto parts store and they should be able to pull...
The uncoated mild steel parts are going to rust if you live near the ocean.. That is light surface rust and hasn't damaged the parts - purely cosmetic. You can rub the parts down with a rust remover (like diluted white vinegar) and then coat them with machine oil for protection.. You'll have...
