I have not but let me take a look.. I 3D print random things for forum members so if I think it’s doable, I can print a custom bumper for ya out of TPU (medium hardness rubber blend). It’s temp stable and abrasion resistant. Would just need a convenient mounting method.. double sided installers...
I had zero issues at highway speeds with just the clamshell on the many times I've done it. Its a good top despite all the hate. Not great by ANY means, but good.
I was just out doing some high speed test runs in deep sand.
2' of soft stuff. I had the very same question between Sand and Baja..
Very basic results:
Baja is better for shallow sand and other loose surfaces as it keeps the RPMs a bit higher and you end up losing a lot of traction in deep...
Long time no see. I wrote you a poem (or did I?)
HotdogThud, what a name! It makes me hungry all the same, For a juicy hotdog piled high, With ketchup, mustard, and a pickle nearby.
But who is this HotdogThud, I wonder? Are they a person or just a name to ponder? Perhaps they're a foodie...
Bronco got absolutely drenched with the hard top off.. Surprise desert rainstorm got me good. Puddles in the seats, puddles on the dash, you name it.
I threw the hard top on, ran the heater for 15 minutes and went back to check the damage the next day. Long story short, everything was...
There should be a little button you can press next to the front cabin lights up on your upfitter overhead panel. I can't recall if its the left or right cabin light but they both have buttons near them. One is to keep the cabin lights off with door open and the other turns them all on at once IIRC.
I have added sport mode to my Badlands and it is quite a bit different than regular mode on the street. Steering gets real tight, MPG drops to single digits and the Bronco stays high RPM at all times. Not sure why your experience was different.. I have a 2021 4 door Badlands Sas/Lux
It's a Ford. Come on. No offense to anyone who owns a Raptor.. but eesh. You're going to have the same questionable build quality as your ~$50K vehicle but you'll sleep better at night knowing you paid $100K instead.
FORSCAN.

Check the spreadsheet.
You can remove it via FORSCAN I believe by setting the region outside the US in the APIM, but you'll lose access to e911 and a few other features that are location based.
Ignore the goat mode selection, I included it to keep the image readable. Otherwise the ratio causes issues.
The stock suspension setups on these Broncos are quite soft. Makes for a very comfortable ride but they dive and roll like crazy. The good news is that aftermarket suspensions help that problem quite a lot.
The 2.3 is a great engine - I had it in my 2021 Ranger Tremor and thought it was...
I've taken the wash out interior out of the tub on a 4 door Badlands.. your vents run in squishy flat tubing from under the dash below the screen, down the side of the center hump and under each seats. Chances are thigh that they are disconnected under the flooring or just too squashed to work...
I had the same 4 cylinder in my Ranger Tremor putting out nearly identical stats. I have the 2.7 in my Badlands on 37s.
The 2.3 puts out plenty of power for its size.
You won’t be thrashing the 2.7 very often with the price of fuel trending up for the foreseeable future.
Closer to $1500 in some markets.
The windshields themselves aren't particularly special, but the front facing camera by the rear view mirror has to be recalibrated or else functions like lane keep assist will stop working correctly.
