Any ideas on how to reduce wind noise on Ford Factory light bar?

Are you referring to the rigid roof / windshield mounted light bar? I installed one and was very pleased that it did NOT exhibit noise like an aftermarket setup that 4wheel parts had put on one of our manakins.

there might have been some more turbulent air causing the soft top to flap more, but there was zero noticeable whistle from the bar itself. Did you install right side up & did yours have the aerodynamic fins or spoilers on the back?

Rigid light bar comes with a rubber wind molding that press over the bottom cooling fins. I used door edge guards from Amazon and pressed them on the cooling fins on my jeeps and pickups
