Ford said the Bronco can be taken apart very easily with a wrench. They even showed a white dummy model with parts taken off. I noticed on that model, they unbolted the rear quarter panels -- see image below.

If you look at some of the Bronco pictures, it appears you can unbolt the rear quarter panels on the real thing. I don't know of any other vehicle that you can do this with. Not only can this reduce the cost of trail damage repairs, imagine what the aftermarket can come up with. I just thought this was interesting and haven't seen it talked about on here yet. Zoom in on the picture and you can see the bolts.

AFAIK this was one of the new facts dropped at super cel west. Can't find the post cause we spent 40 pages talking about 2dr modular top windows, and where the magic .6" of squatch comes from. REALLY COOL THOUGH! Hasn't gotten much attention for whatever reason.

Was brought up a month or two ago, both front and rear could easily be replaced.

Just a quick search how far back that was came up with this from July.

I’ve heard rumblings the rear quarters are also going to be easy to remove. Some photos seem to show some fairly prominent bolts along the top edge. Is that a fair assessment?

If so, I see some bRonco replicas in the future...
I think it was laj.tuxmek who first confirmed it. I see he's no longer here. Must have been one of the Ford insiders who had to go.

Yep, good eye @SharpGT500! Great catch for not knowing that it was already brought up and all of the good points you make are valid.

I discussed this with Brad from Ford at the SuperCel West event and it's nice to see the actual bolts now in these assembly photos!

Makes it a lot easier to replace in the event of trail (or other collision) damage and aftermarket is sure to take advantage!

The aftermarket will go nuts with this.

There is already a huge market out there selling various quarter panels for offroaders who went with wider/taller tires.

Those are all a PITA to put on, but sell well anyway.

If it's that easy to take off panels it would probably be cheaper and easier when there is damage to order the part yourself and install it instead of having it done at a shop where they will kill you with the hourly rate. That would be so awesome

I’ve been asking wishing and hoping for this. I would love to take off the body panels when I’m planning to thrash it a little bit, clean it up and put it back together. So smart of ford. Well played

I posted a thread on this in July and got 1 response. Glad this one is getting some traction! This is a super cool feature for many reasons! Can't wait to see what the aftermarket does with this.
