I've always been a big BORLA fan. Had it on my Silverado and Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.

Wasn't considering it for my Bronco, until now... Damn it! 🤣

Dumb question, as I've always done CAT-back systems: What's the key differences between CAT-back and Axle-back setups? Is one better than the other?

Yep, and will become much, much worse if the rail strike happens on the 18th.

right because the 3rd world replace perfectly working exhaust systems on 40k+ vehicles for new ones because they sound better /s

but in all seriousness people need to learn some patience, and vendors need to stop charging before they can ship.

I really like the Engineering aspect of the muffler, but this engine just wasn't built to sound good IMHO. I have yet to hear a bronco that sounds intoxicating to my ears.

Pardon me for dipping into metaphors after living an Amercian life that had standards engrained over 46 years of living, that most of us Americans have become accustomed too. Such as buying something and expecting it in a reasonable amount of time...if a retailer markets an item for sale then said retailer should be able to fullfill the order that it has received payment for; regardless of covid, supply chain, or some other crazy circumstance.

Retailers should simply not offer the ability for a customer to purchase a product if it out of stock at their warehouse or if it is not available to be drop shipped by their wholesaler. The retailer should not accept a consumers money and then tell the customer, it is not the retailers fault. It most certainly is the retailers fault that they are SELLING items they know their suppliers can't not full-fill.

So we agree on some points it seems.

Still have yet to recieve items that are paid in full but have yet to recieve...

4/12/22 Foglight order from Morris 4x4
4/13/22 ADD Bomber bumper order from Morris 4x4
5/15/22 Magnaflow outlaw exhaust order from Realtruck

3+ months have afforded me metaphoric reference

If you look under the bronco you can see the cat up front. Has the 2 bolts On the flange. Cat back replaces from that flange to the rear bumper. That’s a cat back system.

If you look at the exhaust coming over the rear axle, you will see a clamp on that. Axle back replaces from that joint to the back bumper.

On the bronco I really don’t think there’s a huge difference between the 2 performance wise. Don’t matter what we do, we’re dealing with that torque management thru the first 2 gears.

If you do a cat back with a mid muffler you can recover a lot of usable room where the oem muffler was. If you’re into diy mods.

After having a deleted 6.7 superduty this sounds like a moped. I wouldnt waste my money on this if sound is what your after. Bronco engine isnt built to sound good. Not to my ears anyways. Just keep it stock.
