20mpg combined? Not sure how their fuel ratings work because I’m coming up with 16.9 mpg (converted from 13.9L/100km)

There are no differences between the US and Canada test cycles. NRCAN doesn’t call them out by name because Canada but they use the exact same 5 cycle methods for the window sticker as the EPA. So just convert the metric and imperial stuff to US units and that’s what we’ll get, barring any rounding errors like you saw for the F150. Those are probably a matter of how many decimals US and Canada carry in their city/highway/combined calcs.
Canada:

USA:

City = FTP75
Highway = HWFET
High speed/quick acceleration (aka more like how people drive in the real world) = SFTP US06
Cold Temp = same as FTP75 but at 20F
A/C = SFTP SC03
All the crazy formulas to come up with the window sticker numbers are somewhere on the EPA website.
according to my quick calcs to get back to the highway l/per fake distance, it get 17 mpg on the highway. 17/17 for a sas 2.7
based on city provided, combined provided, and standards using 55% city, 45% highway
