I absolutely don’t “need” the lift, at least in terms of tires rubbing, but I do want a little more ground clearance and load carrying capacity.
Good to know! I leveled my ranger but I don’t really wanna level the bronco if I don’t need too

Here’s my Velocity Blue, 2.7L, BD, Non Sas, 2 Door.

After getting parole from Dirt Mountain Penitentiary I’m scrambling to get all my wrenching done while the weather is still decent!

- General Grabber X3s 295/70/17 (33.3”)
- 17X9 Bronze Fuel Shok with 1 offset
- No lift (but pulled out crash bars)
- Planned to do a 2” RC spacer lift but I might see how I like it at the factory ride height?
- Roof top tent to be installed (maybe this coming weekend?
- Front windows getting tint next week
- Oil spray next week.

Thanks Mike. I am running a +1 offset on the Fuel rims It appears to be enough. I like the look of these over the others out there so far. Plus they are marked down right now so wanted to move on them.

@Canonman11 Where did you find them marked down? I'm still looking to pull the trigger on them, but looking at the Fuel Torque wheels. Thanks!

Love the set up........Could you let us know the install with the RTT, ie; use the stock roof rack or add to beef it up for weight? Thanks in advance

What tent are you planning on going with? I want a 2dr but my brain says 4dr so I can sleep inside it as well if putting up a tent is too much hassle..

I’ll be fitting the RTT first on the factory crossbars. Seeing as it’s a very small 2 person tent I’m hopeful it’ll be ok, if all appears strong and safe I won’t fork out for the Yakima crossbars. I’d prefer to keep it as low profile as possible and to also save some money using the OE bars? I don’t think the third bar would work as the footprint of the tent is too small?

It’s the Yakima Skyrise HD in the Ford Accessory Catalog, here is a picture of it mounted in a 2 door. I opened it on the floor of my garage and it was pretty big inside. For context I was in the infantry so it’s the penthouse suite as far as I’m concerned!

The 4 door definitely checks all the boxes for room, cargo space and utility but for me it didn’t check the one box that trumps all other boxes

✅ 2 doors look wicked!

Here in Canada we have a couple major oil spraying companies to keep salt from destroying your vehicle. The two main ones in my area (Ontario) are “Krown” and “Rust Check” who are both good.

https://www.krown.com/en/

https://www.rustcheck.ca/

So it’s not really a mod, just on the list of preventative maintenance. The only reason it’s not already done is that I didn’t want to bring in my bronco to have the lift installed dripping with oil.
