Removing these 3 constraints / commodities will improve your Bronco order’s chances of getting scheduled - says Ford

Drop the TOW PACKAGE /WIRING HARNESS.... they are constraints.... but here is the parts number.. rush to your dealer and have them at the parts desk when your Bronco arrives... does anyone not understand this..
(I have my Bronco) but when I dropped it off.mine to help it chances of being built. I immediately called parts, and ordered one... it was there in 6 days..... 3 months before I got my bronco...... if they ship them, they can install them ... did they fire the hitch installer????

Well, our 2 door Wildtrak is sans PPF and Tow so we got that working for us but again…2 door and Wildtrak so yeah

Hey, here is something that would make sense .......


MIC is a constraint, ok no problem, get a soft top.

Can't get a soft top on a 2DR.

So it would make the most sense to build 2DR's with MIC and the 4DR's get's a soft top. At least until you can get caught up production speed on the tops.

I added the tow package that wasn't on my '21 build and got scheduled second round this year. From way down my dealer list... Who knows what's going on.

Newp! I ordered a WildTrak hard top and that's what I'm getting. Probably inn MY23 but dammit I'm getting one!

I ordered an OBX with a hard top, and that’s what I want. I have a nice vehicle to drive for at least another year. The longer the wait, maybe the better. A painted modular top would be even better.

Looks like the only constraints are what we’ve all suspected for the past 6 weeks. The only constraint remaining is MIC. We all remember during summer everything was a constraint lol so this is good news. (This tow thing is B.S. the part can be available within days at the dealer so that’s a confusing thing, but 31% vs 61% spec’d are pretty good odds)

Happy the hear chips don’t appear to be an issue anymore

• Trailer Tow (national capacity is 31% vs. 62% order mix)
  
  • Alternative: Trailer Hitch Kit (#MB3Z-19D520-A) & Wiring Harness for Trailer Hitch Kit (#FT1Z-15A416-A)
• MIC Hard Top (switch to soft top w/ prep kit on 4 door)

Let us order the trektop instead of factory soft top and I'll switch right now. That's the problem. I don't want three tops. I want the hardtop and trektop.

I just talked to my dealer today. He said they are not building anything with the 2.7, Badlands trim, front locker, lux pkg., and tow.

Curt has a plug & play harness, took me about an hour start to finish.

Also was far cheaper than the $600CDN trailer tow pkg so there’s that!

This is what I did too! Drop the tow and enjoy the Bronco!!!

This Bronco game is so crazy that I'm already thinking about a backup plan. Like backing out of the deal if I can. If a new 4runner comes out late 22 and i like it, and my Bronco isn't delivered.
