I dropped tow package on mine. lets see if it helps. I will just install my own when I get it.

Some states require it. Not NC. Personally, I want the 7 pin because occasionally I need to pull a bigger trailer more for the bed size than the load rating. 4 pins just doesn't cut it.You need a trailer brake controller for 3500 lbs? I don’t think so
I haven't tried towing yet but after a couple panic stops I can understand the low tow rating, at least on the 2 door sasquatch. Hard braking is a little bit dramatic. Think trophy truck. I'll be figuring out brakes. No, not really. It's the suspension, the softer Bronco suspension is less adept at towing that the Ranger. There is no issue with the 3500# tow rating being limited to going 45 degrees vertical with the 2.7, the transmission isn't going to break. The Brakes on the Bronco are every bit as good as the Ranger too.
It's the overly soft suspension that's the likely culprit (which is easy to address too).
And now I got a “cutesy” calendar to help me wait. I hear nails being hammered in!I get three of those every week . . . might as well give up I guess . . . lolol
There is no difference between the frame of a Bronco with or without the tow package, the factory trailer hitch bolts on just like the aftermarket ones using the same bolt holes which are already there. Can anyone explain to me how an after market hitch & harness is the same as a frame built for a tow package? Not to be crass, but without towing, I may as well buy a sport.
Thanks. Really. There is no difference between the frame of a Bronco with or without the tow package, the factory trailer hitch bolts on just like the aftermarket ones using the same bolt holes which are already there.
Yep. I am number 4 at my dealer with my date/time stamp. Not sure how many allocations they get this year, had 28 last year.Say my dealer has 10 reservations and they only have 7 allocations. The top 3 hold out for a hard top and 7 move to a soft top. I am now screwed out of a 2022 bronco. Bang up job ford.
Yep, pretty wild someone can walk in off the street, order a base 4 door soft top and get it way before anyone with a squatch hard top. Ford really screwed up the whole ordering/allocation system. I remember at one point they said by April everyone would have a build time frame.Yep. I am number 4 at my dealer with my date/time stamp. Not sure how many allocations they get this year, had 28 last year.
With the build what they can and mine being a 2-door, they get 28 more Bronos for 2022, two ahead of me will get built.
For 2023 I'll be number 2 on the list. So my early reservation is worthless. People walk in and order, get their Bronco, and I get another Trinket . Their reservation system is very close to useless, Great Job FORD. This was executed much worse the MIC top version 1
Don't really know if it's true or not. But it sure seems that way.I havent followed the 2dr models. Is it true that they're making very few of them because they're all MIC in 2021? The HT is worth waiting for, but a long wait?
