My dealer removed the tow package today. I switched to a soft top when I had to re-submit my order for MY22. My odds are low but have improved a tiny bit. I also noticed that the Bronco pic on the Ford website finally looks like my order.

You are missing something … Google Bronco pizza tracker.
I don't know. All I can find is either pie graphs or Ford production tracker that requires a VIN# which I don't have.

If you are a soft top without the tow package I honestly don't think your odds are low regardless of your reservation date. It all depends on your dealer allocation now. Similar orders that entered the Ford system in fall 2021 have already been built.

Guess I better call my dealer and have them take the tow pack off my 2dr. What a joke, no one should have to concede anything when Ford has had their order for over 500 days. Production planning and procurement is my job, and there is no excuse not to have enough trailer hitches with 500+ days to procure them.
You don't have to concede anything...I'm not. Why are people not getting exactly what they want? These things are $50+k in many cases and if I can't get exactly what I want then I'm not buying it.

I get that but at the same time in my case I really don't need the tow package on mine, so I might drop that if I'm not scheduled by the end of next month.

I just get a hitch put on since the heaviest thing my Bronco will have on it is a bike rack or maybe a kayak trailer lol

Thinking of doing the same. It's the only other constraint I have control over on my order.
I removed the tow package on Saturday 12/4. Later that week I got a build date for 2/7. I don't think it was a coincidence and neither does my dealer.

What was your reservation date? 2 door or 4 door? MIC or Soft top?

Interesting. I think we knew something was up with so few getting build dates. Ok, I'm cool with that. Sure hope my dealer gets allocations this time around. I'm close.
Me too

I’m sitting at day 442 so I’m not far behind ya…definitely feeling it, especially when people that don’t have reservations get scheduled 😔

I wonder whether some of schedule shifting is getting the remaining Dirt Mountain and other vehicles held back for quality issues out the door.

So for all of you trying to game the system, the first couple of things that you absolutely need to know before you start removing stuff from your order are as follows:

1. How many Broncos are allocated to my dealer, as no allocation = no Bronco. Does not matter what you remove.

2. How many people are ahead of you with softtop, 4 door, lower trim (Base, BB, BD), 2.3, auto, standard or mid-packages, without tow. If that number > allocation, no Bronco for you. Doesn't matter what you take off.

3. How many people in front of you have have higher trim packages with constraint items deleted (they are playing the same game as you). Once again, removing things only helps you jump the line at your dealership.

4. Even if you remove many constraint items, Ford is now electing to build dealer stock if you have any constraints that make your order not buildable. Dealer stock or reservation = satisfied allocation.

Can Ford interest you in a soft top, 4 door, 2.3, automatic, non-Sasquatch Big Bend mid package without tow, ppf, or mod bumper? I knew they could.

Sure, removing constraints could help, and then again, it might not matter at all - because allocation is > reservation (also priority > reservation) and depending on your priority at your dealer... Who knows.

May the odds be ever in your favor.

My problem is I'm a 2 door. Pretty much screwed in the top department. I see they now have a soft top available but it's $2,500k extra and your still built with the hard top. So won't even help.
I'm a 2 door and wouldn't concede to a soft top even if I had a choice. I want what I want and will wait for it.

I wouldn't either. The only thing I conceded was the tow as we weren't going to tow with it, just for a Hitch Haul basket once in a while so I already bought the Curt receiver.
Saved me $489.
Everything else, 2-door, 2.7, and the mod bumper stayed.
