Looks good man, I like it. The roast interior is one of the best interiors. I wish I could figure out what the part number was to the paint match mirror backs on the Outer Banks with Mid Package. I would add those to my BD in a heart beat. Companies are selling the High/Lux backs painted on Ebay but I have not seen the Mid backs anywhere.

One of the very first mods was installing the gloss black Bronco Depot heritage script fender badges. I put the Outer Banks sticker on the back glass. I think all the fender badges from the factory look cheap and after thoughtish. The back glass is the most appropriate place the factory badge. Lol
My Wildtrak badge is staying just as it came. I actually like it better than the Depot badge, which has become saturated and boring IMO. To each their own.

Saves Ford money and solidifies the OBX trim as the lux or ā€œSaharaā€ trim. Strangely Jeep donā€™t offer the Sahara trim in 2door form anymore.
Ever since the intro of the JL, it seems Wrangler has gone to more models but with less options.

Anyway, I am partial to Outer-Trak as it gives priority to the original model. I am considering building the wife an Outer-Lands with my BL take offs (wheels, shocks and bumpers). Although Bad-Banks does sound meaner.

I remember whatching the video where Esteban was face timing BN. When I heard that I was like, really?? It was one of the first videos where they discussed 2022 options officially.

I hate when anyone calls any trim with SAS the ā€œSahara trimā€. Truth is, anything below Badlands or maybe even Wildtrack is more a Sahara trim than a Base without SAS. To me, SAS is what makes any Bronco = Rubicon.

I do think the Wildtrack badge is the coolest so I donā€™t blame you. The shape and proportion actually look like a fender badge. I donā€™t recall seeing anyone with a Wildtrack removing the fender badge.

When picking out and ordering my Bronco, I naturally wanted the Wildtrack. I ended up configuring my own version with an Outer Banks, 2.7 with the Sasquatch package.

Iā€™m definitely not a fan of the digital camouflage cloth seats in the Wildtrack. My favorite Bronco interior is the roast cloth, an Outer Banks exclusive. The bronze and silver dash make the interior feel much more premium in my opinion. The roast/black color seats will age gracefully. I also love they are ribbed. Itā€™s a nod to past Broncos and naturally a little more breathable for longer trips and warmer days.

I love the body colored door handles. Body colored mirror caps are another Outer Banks exclusive.

I modified the exterior to what I love about the Wildtrack today for $140!

I replaced the tailgate emblem with the OEM Ford part, gloss black for about $40. Super simple to remove and replace.

I removed the beauty rings and had them powder coated gloss black by my local industrial coating shop. $100 as they just add them in when doing a run of black coating. They turned out better than I expected. They look exactly like the factory finish and match the gloss black part of the wheel perfectly. I was debating on whether or not to purchase the Ford performance black rings. Iā€™m glad I didnā€™t as this solution saved me roughly $600.

I called my build, ..........a 2DR Base, 2.7 Squatch ................... a BaseTrak. All the thrills but without the frills.

It did not get much traction, maybe you will have better luck with your little play on the trims. ;)

I hate the renderings of the WT digital camo as well. However in person it was pretty awesome. If I could live with cloth seats I could definitely live with those seats. Very subtle in person.

Can you post pics of Bronco topless or so we can see the seats? I have honestly not seen very many 2 doors with the roast interior and Cyber Orange.

Outstanding looking Bronco. You mention the interior of the OBX was your favorite. The OBX interior options is the only reason I didnā€™t go OBX. It is the model I should have but I just couldnā€™t get past the the interiors. Enjoy your fine looking OBX.

I donā€™t have any recent pics. I plan on taking many this Spring when the warmer weather is here.

I did post some pics with the top and doors removed when I first got it. You can see what the roast cloth looks like in direct natural light.

Looks great. Picking up my cyber orange 4 door OBX tomorrow. What brand of hood deflector is that? Debating on putting one on mine.
