I've been searching for that same one on Tack Form also- don't see the exact one!

I don't think Tackform makes picatinny mounts. Arm looks like it's from 67 designs?

Curious where the mount is from as well, if it's not indexed.

Yeah you're right on that - I found the track ball, arms and going with a trail rated mag iPhone holder on 67d.com as some have already posted I think.

They are sold out out of the matte medium arm so fingers crossed the small size/shorter one will work with moving track ball about 3" from center point closer to steering wheel side.
