Does anyone have an actual full picture of this post on Instagram? I really like how the gray top goes with the silver. It may be between velocity blue and iconic silver now.

I've been following info on the MIC top pretty closely. From what I can tell there have been at least two changes - so when you look at a photo/CGI, there's no way to tell when/where in the evolutionary process it fits.

• Initial prototype tops were produced in Germany
• At some point, production equipment was moved to the US
• ~2 or so months ago the MIC top color spec was changed slightly

@ 2 weeks ago, Ford's colorizer transitioned from showing body-colored tops to the MIC...so I assume the MIC top they're showing now is the final product

I plan to get a 2dr Badlands with the modular shadow black hard top. The grill and mirrors are also painted shadow black when you do this this. I think it will look very sharp in contrast with the iconic silver.

I was wondering if that was true. I wish there were more pictures of the actual colors other than cactus gray and yellow.

Side note, went to a dealership today abs looked at velocity blue. Gorgeous color on the Mustang, but too much for our taste on the f150. Looks like it may be iconic silver in the lead now.

Orange, VB, and both reds kinda shout at you. Cactus & Antimatter kinda befuddle you.

Iconic is clean & crisp...but I think it would benefit from a medium blue or red interior - neither of which I expect to happen. Stripe package maybe??

Drove our Silver Escape for 12 years doing dumb stuff like the following.

Hey let's take the mainsail boom across the unpaved boatyard. I will take it easy, just toss it up on the roof rack, no tie downs, it is heavy enough. (Pothole) mega scratch as boom slides across the top and down the side. Could not even see it from 10 feet. Ha, missed the glass..

Took an big chunk semi tread across the hood in rush hour Atlanta traffic, once we rubbed the skid marks off and replaced the windshield could not see the scratches unless you knew.

Didn't we already have that option with the modular top in Shadow Black? Silver is actually in my running list because of the carbon grey top and Navy Pier upholstery combination.
