Those are the ones, yes. Appreciate it. I don't have any flex in my cargo panels up against the tie downs / floor. So I'm thinking you're right, a notch would have to be made. Which is probably relatively simple...unless that leads to lineX failure.
The thing with the GG LineX coat is that it covers only the top and sides, and if you notch it and don't coat the exposed edges with something to prevent moisture the birch could suck water. OTOH, if the notched areas are going to be subjected to situations during which they may end up getting wet, water will most likely end up under the platform as well (there is a gap all the way around it)...and the underside of the platform is not treated. For just damp stuff being on top of the platform, sealing the notched edges with something should suffice to keep water intrusion at bay.

I think I'll just wait until my GG kit arrives before investing in the BuiltRight panels. Don't plan on water intrusion, but that's a good point about the LineX treatment being limited to top/sides. I hate to say so, but the GG may end up being a really expensive pattern for a future home-built solution with marine grade panels that can accommodate the cargo molle system.

On that note the GG panel is 1/2", and the spacer is 3/4, so if that molle panel is intended to go right to the factory carpet or rubberized flooring height I suspect you'd need to trim down both sides of the GG panels for the reduction in width needed for that 1.25" GG overall height and the potential interference with the molle panels. Let me know if you need any specific measurements or pics.

Greetings folks! Update...the GG owner sent me a "2.0" version of the Stealth setup (I was very impressed with his outreach and offer to send me an early revised version)...I received it yesterday and installed it last night. Forgive me for my crappy video editing, but here is my initial impression/thoughts:

I added some details in the description. If you want to skip the video and get right to the summary, the 2.0 version is ready to install and far more sorted out than version 1. Additionally, if you ordered one and you want some time saving install tips, let me know! Some pics of the boxed and unboxed parts:

Looks like where your video ends you hadn't quite got it all assembled and leveled out. How was the rest of the install? Did you need to fabricate any additional risers for the two rearward panels? Thanks for posting this. I ordered mine for my 2-door (same product as yours) at the end of November. Coming up on three months at the end of February so I REALLY hope mine is version 2!

Thanks a lot broncorik, you really have done a nice job identifying the problem areas and working with GG to get them corrected. Liked the video but as imaginager pointed out it just kind of ends so I'm curious as well as how the rest of the install went.

I have one on order that is supposed to arrive perhaps sometime in March. All of us who have ordered one owe you big time.

Your will be for sure 2.0...the owner quickly ceased production on 1.0 after he became aware of the issues I shared. I just got off the phone with him and discussed my install and he was super receptive regarding my nit-picky stuff he too really focuses on even the smallest details. The 2.0 install went really quickly...the only thing I felt I needed to do was add 1/4 spacers in the front panel outboard locations and a couple shims in the rear. Videos here:

Hey folks! Verification of my initial 1/4" estimate addition to the outer spacers on the front panels. I will use wood shims slid together to get the exact 1/4 height I need, drill a hole to match the current hole, and then glue that to the current 1/2" spacer to get a total of 3/4 inch. Easy cheap adjustment. Here is a pic to illustrate my reasoning for doing so (note that the current inboard spacers are 11/16, the gaps are 1/16, so adding the 1/16 to the 11/16 = 3/4 for the outboard spacers that are currently 1/2 inch):

All done!

Best of luck to all of you on your Stealth installs! If anyone has any questions please let me know...I have had the panels in and out so many times I think I can answer most questions you may have. Note that in the video when I said the "inner" spacer needs to be 3/4 I meant to say the OUTER spacers should be 3/4.The inner spacers should remain untouched at 11/16.

Also if anyone in driving distance of the Ventura area wants to check out the Stealth Gear setup and let your dogs jump in or whatever to help you decide if the product suits your needs let me know. It was tough to get an exact idea of what it would be like until I installed it and started using it.

Thanks for the updates! Did you have to give back V1 out of curiosity? I might take you up on the offer to see the GG Stealth Setup in person, I'm over in Newbury Park. My 2door bronco is supposed to arrive in March and I'm considering this setup.

How easy is it to clean off the dirt and footprints?

when did you order it? I ordered mine on 12/19 and still haven't received shipment confirmation.

I ordered mine on 10/1. It came in on 1/4 (version 1). My goose gear dealer called me on 1/14 and told me not to install it because there was an updated version coming that would address some of the issues in the original post. Version 2 came in today.
