I know my rail car is empty/unloaded as of yesterday AM and I am sure my Bronco will get on a truck soon as they don't let them sit here in Southern California but my sales person is clueless. I'll just keep driving by the dealership twice a day to see if I spot it! Thanks and have fun out there!

That’s exactly what I had to do. I finally saw it walked in and asked to close the deal. My dealer didn’t even know it was there.

When tracking on CSX Rail, my keeps saying “no status available”. Any ideas?

I've found the https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status/ link is intermittent on chrome and firefox but works reliably on the edge browser.

Looking into the chrome issue, it appears their site is relying on an object for whatever reason doesn't pop up on chrome all the time.
Not a web guy, but here is the error that gets thrown on chrome when it kicks back to the prompt page once you hit accept.
Maybe a browser dev is here and could look into it.

I’m trying to track my rail car coming to NC. After inputting all the info I keep getting “status unavailable”. Any pointers on getting this to work?

mine says the same I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Another member checked mine and it worked but I can not get it to work on CSX

What are the first 3-4 letters of your rail number? Mine is TTGX and is a Norfolk Southern rail car. I tracked mine to start like yours and got the same thing. When I called the NS number I was able to track.

mine is TTGX987307 I call CSX and hit 1 for location they speak the TTGX and it keeps sounding like PPGX then the numbers.

Ya I just did that and got 4/1 in NJ and I know that is not correct it just shipped yesterday or the day before

FYI, Calling the CSX automated system to track railcars is somewhat suspect. Two days ago (April 6) the system told me my railcar arrived at BNSF Alliance railyard April 6. Today the same message, but it says it arrived April 8 (today). Both times, the timestamp was actually a few minutes after the time that I called. My dealer says it still hasn't shown up as "accepted" at Alliance... I'm sure the thing is there somewhere, but it's important to note that the CSX system may not be super reliable.
