Hey 6G,
We're excited to announce the release of our new Coil Spacer Lift. These spacers offer a lower cost alternative to add a little more space to fit that next size tire you're eyeing, or to get some extra clearance for those bigger obstacles. We designed these to add an additional 2” of lift over stock, while keeping the rest of the drivetrain happy by maintaining the stock geometry and travel parameters.

Key Features:
  • Two Inch Lift over stock
  • Better Than Top Hat Spacer Designs Which Change Geometry
  • Better Controlled Brake Dive
  • Increase Spring Pre-Load
  • No Change In Suspension Travel Parameters
  • Front and Rear Spacers Included
  • 6061 Aluminum
  • Machined In The USA
  • Guaranteed For Life Of The Truck
Let us know if you have any questions! They are available for both Sasquatch and Non-Sasquatch Broncos, and available for shipping next week! This is the second of many new products being released in the coming days. Don’t forget to check out our new rear bumper that dropped yesterday. We look forward to helping you dial in your ideal Bronco.

Cheers,

AJ

Edit / Product Update 05.06.22:
After speaking with many of you last week, we got a general consensus that people wanted a little more height.

So this week we test a bunch of differnt heights, and settled on changing these to a lift that produces 2.25” of lift up front and just over 2” in the back.

This height is based off the change from the floor to the fender. This creates a more leveled look, but also has slight rake for performance.

Thanks again for all the feedback and support. We appreciate you taking the time to help us make the best products possible. This change will be reflected on all the orders placed, and all orders moving forward.

So these look like they work by moving the existing spring perch up 2 inches. So that results in the coilover's piston being 2" further into the droop side of it's stroke right? It would give you the same compression but less droop. How does that affect articulation? Does it cause issues with the bilstein's position sensitive damping? I can imagine the spring slamming compressed fully before the damping has a chance to slow wheel travel.

Great questions!

These do add preload to the coil. Which does move the resting position of shock, but ratio isn't 1:1 so its not a 2" drop into the droop, and is well before the end stops that provide additional valving, and isn't going to provide any noticeable affect your position damping.

Since there is no change in geometry, there is not change in overall articulation range. The additional preload firms up the ride a tad, and it positions the stroke with more up travel. Which is what we felt the truck needs, and we found performs better both on and off road. There is also plenty of coil compression space to account for them, but thats also why we limited them to a 2" lift.

I do not see how this does not change the geometry. If you are increasing ride height it is going to change the geometry somewhere in the suspension and steering system.

We keep all the stock pivot points and more importantly shock travel lengths intact. These just change the resting position of the shock in its range of travel by adding preload, thus preserving the stock geometry.

Nice! Thank you for the quick response. You guys haven't had any issues with CV angle or anything? Are you working on a drop kit for the diff? Not sure if it needs it with this style of lift or at what point the drop is necessary.

Thanks for the response. Does this change the drivability of shock, because it is placing the valve a different point in the stroke of the shock? Would this make the shock too soft in the initial start of wheel travel during normal road driving?
