I believe this is say Sas is currently unavailable with the manual, meaning they are thinking about that. I don't think it eludes to making the manual available with the 2.7
I wasn’t saying that. I was saying that if it (Manquatch) was not available, they would state it as so. The 2.7L w/stick was an example of where they state it is unavailable.

They are smoking some serious herbs to be charging $3,500 for 2.7L.
If we look at Thomas' original post he picked the Outer Banks that comes standard with the 10 spd auto, and we see Ford is pricing the 2.7L at $1600. On the trims that come standard with the manual, if we want the 2.7L we have to buy the 10 spd auto also at $1900. Thus $3500. But you are correct, it's high. $1600 more for a 2.7 is out of line in my opinion when you can get it in the F-150 for $995 when you upgrade from a plan old 3.3L 6 cylinder. And, you can get the 10 spd auto upgrade in the Mustang for $1595. Looks to me like Ford is betting Bronco buyers will pay more, because we've been waiting for the thing forever. And, that sux........But, it's a profit deal, and I don't blame them for capitalizing while they can. And, as an old friend used to say, "If you wanna play, you gotta pay." :)

Has anyone seen price of 2.7L on the Base 4 door? It should only be $1900 since auto is standard, no? So Base 4D with Squatch, 2.7L and hard top should be $33,200+$5000+$1900+$700=$40,800. Not bad.

The more you all think $3,500 is OK for a 2.7L upgrade the more Ford is going to shaft us with a $3,500 price tag for a 2.7L upgrade.
Adding the 2.7 on the F-150 is $995, adding the 10spd on a mustang is $1,595 = $2,590. But for some reason people think $3,500 is reasonable??? A $1k upcharge because... That doesn't sit right with me.

Outer banks gets 2.7L for $1,600?

Yeah,I noticed that also. I just built mine up. I picked the 2.7 but I noticed I don't get the optional tranny with trail control. That only comes standard with the 2.3.

At $3,500.00 I have to rethink my options. I was looking BD plus 2.7L etc but that pricing is crazy. Should be in $1,500 - $2,000 range.

Should be, on the base F150 they give you a long list of ratios and options for the rear diff. If the do not offer for Bronco Base is just to force folks up trim levels.
Yeah that's common on a truck, but not something like a Bronco. Thats exactly what they are trying to do, force people up trim levels.

Welp looks like I’m going Black Diamond no squatch folks. Goodbye Basesquatch unless that $5k includes the auto trans for the Sasquatch.

Edit: I don’t know what the hell I’m getting lol

I'm trying to read through the thread, but its updating too quickly.

Feeling discouraged after seeing screenshots for the Base survey. Looks like they aren't offering Cactus Grey, or the painted modular top to Base customers. Can anyone else confirm this from their surveys?

My understanding that if you get the Sasquatch the auto is included because there is no manual option... my thinking
Maybe but I would not assume that. I've shopped for cars before, where you select one option, and it says you also must select some other option. Meaning you pay for both options. So to get Sasquatch, you might also have to select auto trans and pay for it.

For example on the Jeep Wrangler build site, some options when selected, show as only available when some other option is also selected. And the calculator adds the cost of both options.

Just messing with you. ? It appears to be highly likely that the $5000 is including the Auto. No conformation yet.
I would say no to be safe. $$$$
