If anything, the bumper on the black one looks more angular to me and could be the steel bumper option. The CG bumper looks more rounded and plasticky.

Anyone know if the rear bumper on the CG is the powder coated steel option from the Black Diamond? The one on the black rig looks different so I'm thinking it is the plastic rear bumper.

How will SAS do in the snow, though? I’m up the road in MA, and that’s my biggest concern with the package. I don’t have the wallet depth to drop $3.5-5K on SAS and then turn around and drop at least another $1.5 on a set of 35” winter tires & wheels...
Everyone seems to think that mud terrains or all terrains wont function in snow, they are wrong. I regularly take my 94 bronco out on the roads (even highways) in deep snow, or packed snow. And even hit the trails in snow, mud and whatever else happens to be the situation. All with hercules all terrains. I have never had an issue. Just remember that no tire will make you invincible, use the transmission to slow down as much as possible, and be gentle on the pedals. I dont even have some cool "goat mode" for the snow.

Starting to feel better about the plastic bumpers.

I hope they supply the decal w every squatch.
I'm down with that decal. I've been planning on BL without squatch, but may change my mind after seeing these pics and that decal.

Is it really $1200 more to have that top painted black? I hope I’m wrong.
Yes, but on the painted modular top, you get two removable pieces of glass. lol

edit: Also, has anyone noticed that the plastic bumper with foglights shown looks nothing like the images on the Ford site under any of the trim levels? Don't know which way they are going, but the one shown here looks way better!
You also get an extra removable panel on 2 and 4 door.

I think for me it confirms the Sasquatch package is necessary. These were taken in Pennsylvania by Jeremy Kinneer at the Hilton Garden Inn in Uniontown, PA.

Roof is gray. Fenders are black. The grille in the picture looks black but Badlands comes with gray.

Man cactus in this light looks better than I thought. These colors are confusing as hell, i feel like every picture has the colors looking different.
Exactly!! The pictures of it in the daylight look too baby blue for me sometimes. These pics look gorgeous.

Wide mud tires with no siping will not be great in the snow and slush on the roads. The wide footprint makes you go on top of the muck instead of cutting through it. Lived in MA for 35 years before moving to AZ. Manageable if you drive like a sane person but there are few people in MA that fit that description.

i was thinking the same. I wish they would offer some thing like the Wrangler Duratrac for customers living in northern climates. That way I’d have a M/T tire that’s winter approved - which is obligatory here in Montreal. I may have to either purchase the needed tires and either sell the ones that come with the truck or switch them out each season until the stock ones are done with. Sucks though.
