I'm not the suing type. At this point I just want them to cop to it. We all make mistakes, but dicking me over by sticking their head in the sand and ignoring me is frustrating.
I don't think that it would come to actually having to sue them. I think that by having your lawyer call them, after them ignoring your repeated attempts to contact them, would at least give them the message that you are NOT going away and that you are taking this situation very seriously.

Ford not gonna do a damn thing, just look at all the Broncos, F150 lightnings etc. for well over $100k. All these articles talking about Ford doing this or that lol... @Ford Motor Company hasnt done anything and the threats by Ford to dealers are made just to appease the consumer.

I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ford Corp just put me on hold for 45mins and then disconnected me. This is exactly why people hate car buying

I replied in 10 minutes.
And when you didnā€™t hear back, how long did you let it go? When we ordered, the salesman mentioned that we would only have a couple or few days, I donā€™t remember exactly, to take possession after it arrives.

It sounds like you were wronged but the dealership might have a policy about a buyer not taking delivery within a certain time after being notified of a vehicleā€™s arrival.

it's funny how quickly the crowd jumps on someone who's been wronged by a scum bag dealership. It really shouldn't surprise anyone by now.
this place is filled with those types of clowns....

maybe????? they sold the Bronco....waited a week and then called the rightful owner? I know if it was my Bronco I would make the dealer famous....

My dealership needed something with my old address on it, the one I had when I ordered the Bronco. They needed to show Ford the I was the original order holder. Iā€™ve moved since I ordered it.

I would be showing up unannounced on Saturday at noon - ready to stay there for 6 hours and ask to speak to the manager before revealing my name. And if they say he's not there, I'd stay there inside the dealership and start making personal relationships with every employee AND customer and share my story for all to hear. And I would tell them that I'll keep returning until the manager is ready to talk. If they start to think that you are a problem that isn't going away, they may change their tune.

One thing you haven't explained is what kind of deposit did you put down, and do you have a signed purchasing agreement for a known price? Was there EVER a conversation about ADM that would have scared them away from selling it to you?
