Where would I find the code change to disable the start/stop? I was going to disable mine today, but the code I have is for the 2021 and doesn't look the same as what came up on mine.
As far as I know the Auto Stop setting is the same for both 2021 and 2022 Broncos. I checked Forscan.org and they have not released a newer version that allow the change yet. My Bronco was built June 16 2022 and not sure if Ford changed something since than.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I am perplexed though... I watched several videos and they all seem to have the same code for 730-03-01 - which is the 0138, which you change to 0038 to disable. The code on mine is 023A. I'm attaching images of both. Mine was on the June 6th build date. Any ideas/suggestions?

Same setting for 22. There is also an HVAC module setting to turn off the Auto Start Stop button

Thank you! That would have been super easy if it would've worked, but it came up with error message and wouldn't write. I found the code I need to use earlier in this thread and attempted that, but it wouldn't write either. I have one more trick up my sleeve that I'll try today - fingers crossed. If that doesn't work, I'll break down and buy the bypass unit to install. Thank you for your help!

It is because Forscan doesn’t recognize your module IDs. You need to either get a paid license and email support or wait for the next version to drop.

So after about 4 rounds in the ring, I finally got all the information together, got what I needed from Forscan and it's working! You will need to purchase the license from Forscan. It's $12 for one year (and completely worth it to me). When you get the license, contact Forscan, let them know it's not working and they will send you a link to the Beta/Test version they're working on. It worked perfectly.

This is what I used:

OBD Adapter: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081VQVD3F?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

I did a firmware update on the adapter, that link is here: https://www.scantool.net/downloads/updates/obdlink_ex/

Forscan: https://forscan.org/download.html (then I went in and purchased 1 year license)

This is the code spreadsheet I used: Forscan Google Docs

I can only speak for the double-honk, door chime and auto start/stop codes. And please make sure you save a copy of your original setup!!!

I have a June 6, 2022 Base model build.

Undecided
22 OBX built 6/16/22
I was able to disable Double Honk and add Baja
Unable to disable Auto stop and get "Service procedure has been interrupted"
Tried 2.3.48 and the last 4 versions for Forscan for Windows
Using Paid 1 year Extended License
Updated the firmware on the OBDlinkEX
Still no luck with Auto Stop
Any other thoughts?
Same for me. 2022 Outer Banks. Disabled double honk, added 2 Goat modes, disabled the seat belt, and open door chime.

Get an error every time for auto start/stop. Newest software version.

I have the one year too. Didn't try the test version, I will tomorrow. Thanks for the info.

I dont see where I can download that test version. Did you get it sent to you, or download it?
I sent an email to forscan explaining the problem making changes to the auto stop setting.
I used this email, [email protected]
They replied back with a link to their latest test version.
