Honestly overall I think what Bronco.babeflorida (Buckle up Buttercup) is doing is great. It's clear she has banded together a bunch of people who are learning together and you can't blame her for trying to make money doing it. I say good for her.

With that said, they are going to learn some expensive lessons out there, especially when it comes to consistent exposure to water and mud. But research and learn before the damage is done.

My Bronco is fine. No issues at all after. The video is focused on one bronco that had an alternator issue. The other Bronco had water in the intake like mine. Once we cleaned out the airbox, it was fine.

In the future, never crank it over till plugs are removed. Lucky you didn't bend a rod. I loan my Jeep to people so I can wheel w/them. I tell them if it stalls in water NEVER TOUCH THE KEY! I will winch you out, and we will get the plugs out then clear the water.

yeah, was thinking the same. But if water made it past the filter, into the turbo and intercooler before the cylinders I would be a bit concerned.

The heritage model has a large bulge in the hood for the top mounted alternator.
Last summer alot of people on here got rabid saying the alternator is sealed its not going to be a problem.
Love the bronco there are just limitations to it in offroad conditions ,i think its actually best suited as a dessert runner.
