I am trying to ship a set of wheels and tires from texas to Washington and would love some input. Has anyone ever done this before? If so, who should I use and any approximations on price?

+1 on Shipnex. I got a quote from CA to TX for ~$300 for a set of rims. I did a lot of research and this was the best option. You can sign up for free and get a quote instantly. When the rims arrived, it came thru FEDEX if I recall.I use

Last I used them was 2016 to ship tires mounted to 20" wheels from Houston to dc for $250.
Make sure they are totally enclosed in cardboard
