It really feels like the sweet spot in the lineup, and if you want the 7MT and any options its pretty much the only route, Heritage aside.

New orders though, I'd be really surprised if they open up before sometime in calendar 2023, using the recent 4 or 5 day window to order a Maverick as as example, they'll probably be pretty hesitant on taking new retail orders before they start making real progress through the existing backlog.
I think the precedent has been set with the Maverick ordering. It will be a very brief window when it does open up. Ford needs to resolve the backlog. Having to extend PP on old orders for multiple years is hurting the bottom line at least across the Bronco brand.

Reordering again and the talk of PP has me thinking...
When I order my BD originally the HD MOD bumper was standard (If I recall correctly). Then through changes it was an upgraded option.
Should the charge for the bumper that was original equipment originally be PP?

Yes, the difference is part of the price protection if I can recall correctly. So long ago now I could be mistaken.

And for another kick in the teeth, the Fed raised rates 3/4% today. Those auto loans gonna cost everyone that's been waiting just a little bit more.

Not showing for the Black Diamond, so if they did really change that it must be for Badlands only.

If I change from automatic to manual would that also loose price protection?
That partially depends on whether or not you would go from the E5C to E5A chassis, but I don't make/know all the rules... Ford can say yes or no.

That's the answer I'll be waiting on. I'm switching from BD with squatch, mid, 2.7 and auto to standard HE with manual and the 2.3. So I'm staying with same package (mid) and they're both squatch so same, heck my original 99 order even had the mod top, only change is the engine/transmission choice.
