Can't wash it the wrong way if you never wash it. That's my plan.

Unfortunately that doesn't work for mystery quantities of oil.

So, the last two Broncos to come in off the convoy trucks (yesterday and today) have a sticker on the drivers side quarter glass that I've not seen before. I'm pretty sure that is telling you to refer to the owners manual for care instructions for the hardtop, but I found it kind of funny. At first glance, it would seem to be telling you to stand on a box to wash the top!

So I can hose out the MGV INSIDE my BD, but not the roof on top that keeps the MGV from getting wet. ‍

I’m thinking it’s a delivery sticker letting them know to hand wash the top at the dealer. Maybe they forgot to take it off?

It was straight off the convoy transport. All the stickers, etc were still on it.

My wifes OB has a MIC top and they ceramic coated it when they did the rest of the truck... Not sure what benefits it brings.

Hang in there guys ! I was about to say to heck with this. The handwash part doesn't sound good though. Does anyone know what I should expect from the dealership. I am terrified they'll start playing some silly game on pricing.

That's because people refuse to read the owners manuals. Sad, not funny!

I hand wash unless its a lot of mud. Then I power wash the big stuff and hand wash.

During the very few winter months here, I just made sure I had a good coating of graphene spray and knocked the ice off the fenders.
