Ford’s next Tsb should read… If top is still in place and providing shelter, do not look at it. Corrective action…Close eyes.

Wonder if someone at the factory is beating the windows into the top causing flexing that ultimately leads to cracks? This picture especially looks like it is bowing outward possibly from window pressure.Mine has 1200 miles, had it for exactly 2 months today.
Just checked my top out, which hasn't been removed at all.
Did you open the windows above 50MPH, turn on the AC, or remove the front MIC panels?Wonder if someone at the factory is beating the windows into the top causing flexing that ultimately leads to cracks? This picture especially looks like it is bowing outward possibly from window pressure.
Donny…get the Ludes!!!Here’s mine…got it from the dealer like this…two months of bullshit later…not defective. Warranty denied. So I suppose it’s supposed to look like someone slashed at it from the factory?
You expect a warranty claim for that? Here’s mine…got it from the dealer like this…two months of bullshit later…not defective. Warranty denied. So I suppose it’s supposed to look like someone slashed at it from the factory?
I expected an undamaged vehicle at delivery. Oh…silly me. Thanks for your input though and clarification of cracks that could be ‘morning dew’. LmfaoYou expect a warranty claim for that?
That was just nicked at some point. The other guys’ pics are cracks that developed over time.
Those plates don’t look like they’re supposed to be there. Mine are between the front and rear seats. My cap just bolts directly into the frame there.I took delivery of mine a week ago, and am not quite at 300 miles. I noticed mine is missing the two bolts that secure the clamshell at the to top front where the front panels meet the rear clamshell, so the connection plates rattle and Squeak a bit
The holes are a bit misaligned too, so after reading this thread, I cannot wait to hear what Ford has to say about it!
