Phase 1 of the build is complete. Got my @LOD Offroad transmission and t-case skids installed. For those looking at skids, I highly recommend these, based on coverage. The transmission skid wraps around the cross members that so many have banged up wheeling.

Got a smokin deal on an MRT Trail Rated exhaust. Extreme Terrain was selling the one they Used for their install video for $180 and I couldn’t pass it up. I’ve never been an aftermarket exhaust guy before but for the price I couldn’t lose anyway. gotta say it’s growing on me. Not overly loud or droning and kinda fun to hear. At least I’m not sneaking up on people anymore.

Maxxis Razr 37” tires complete the look so well. Body lift and steering rack bushing going on soon.

@BroncBuster body lift instaled, crash bars trimmed, inner fenders temporarily dealt with. Everything should clear well now.

Badlands Apex winch mounted to RC winch mount. Use the new @Mountains2Metal camera relocation bracket as well. front camera and all sensors still work great.

Did you notice any difference in ride height in the front after installing the mount and winch?

@Copperhorse73 how did you attack the sensors interfering with the Apex 12k using the RC mount?
Just started my bench-assembly of it all today.
When I flip the winch over (relocating the control pack) and put the RC mount on, the plastic retention tabs that came in the kit for the sensors hit the winch body before the mounting holes line up.
My solution so far is to make some spacers from some 1/2 UHMW I have lying around to put behind the little plates for the sensors. Then buying longer bolts.
But I’m not a fan of cobbling some stuff if I can help it.

I basically trimmed down the entire sensor mount tabs and caps, past where they are held in place, the winch is now holding them on with pressure on what’s left of the caps. It’s not perfect but it works fine.

Initial shakedown run revealed some slight rub on what was left of the front crash bars, when going steeply down hill at full turn. Yesterday I got the JKS max tire body mounts and Rock Krawler 1” front leveling kit installed. She sits way more level now and won’t be rubbing at all. Can’t wait to get it back on the trails.

Nice build.

I love the titanium wheels with the Eruption Green and the 37s look great too.

I have a similar Build.
