Roush just released their Level 1 Performance Pack for the 2.7L Ford Bronco!​

Essentially, this kit is Roush’s Cold Air Intake with their all new Calibration!

According to the dyno charts Roush released with the product, the kit adds 40 horsepower and 70 lb-ft of torque over the stock 2.7L EcoBoost at 3,250 RPM.

• Improved Throttle response throughout the RPM range
• Auto start/stop disabled through calibration
• 3-year/36,000-mile limited ROUSH limited powertrain warranty included
• Simple software installation with standard J2534 re-flash interface (not included) using the supplied ROUSH Diagnostic Tool (RDT) utility

The power is in the tune if it even exists. It’s impossible to gain 40hp/70tq with a CAI on a turbo motor.

Roush is in pretty good with Ford. If I were to guess I would say their cal is similar to the FPP one and most likely changes shift points. We'll verify and let you know for sure once we have the answer.

Unfortunately, no sir. There's no way to load both. They would both be their respective calibration.

I just spoke to Roush and it doesn't seem like any actual transmission tuning is done with their calibration. Only that the drive modes still function the same but enhanced with the addition of the higher hp/tq numbers, throttle mapping they advertise..

Dear lethal
I bought Ford Performance calibration from your site and I communicate with you before I buy it. I mentioned that I am living in Middle East ( Qatar ). The FPC ProCal is not working with other than USA spec. I communicate with ford performance and they confirmed that this device is not going to work with my car.

The question is ROUSE tuner will tune my car ?
