I don't have a VIN yet, and probably won't for a while. my order is Primary "In order processing" Secondary "Unscheduled - Material Hold"

If you're not a 2022 conversion order, I wouldn't expect VIN until March / April but I could be wrong. Heritage edition is also late availability.

How did you find out the secondary part? I'm not a 2022 conversion order.. a walk-in! The dealer told me 3-4 months but I'm not holding my breath.. just obsessively reading Bronco forums and groups lol.

I walked into a dealership end of September and placed my order for a 2023 big bend. Just found out today I have my vin and it is scheduled for week of 01/30/23, so that didnt take very long at all for me. Had a vin in like 2months after order placed

I ordered one in October 2021 and still haven't been scheduled. Your wait will probably depend on what you ordered. Mine is a 2 door Badlands with Lux etc which is probably one of the reasons I'm still waiting.

This is awesome to hear! My sales rep told me 3-4 months but the finance guy said it could also be longer. It's nice to hear your timeline though. Also, not terrible because waiting until after this winter is ideal for the new car (I am in Ontario lol)

I have read soo many forums, Reddit threads and Facebook groups and it's so inconsistent! I totally think they (Ford) run out of certain things that slow production down (chips, heated steering, tow packages, etc.) but it's so hard to tell what they're low on or out of and for how long.. Reading online does make me feel like I have a decent set up in regard to build time: 2023 Big Bend, Hard Top w/ Mid Package and Keyless Entry. Who knows though?! I wish I had intel on my dealer's allocation but I'm not going to bug my dealer yet lol (it's been two weeks so I know I should just shut up lol but I am curious/excited nonetheless)

Update! I reached out to Ford Canada by chat to see if there was an update (I haven’t followed up with my dealer or them in a couple weeks!)

Good news! It’s expected to start production on, or before, Feb 15.

Haven't the order banks been closed since September? I went to order mine in mid september and still waiting for any news.

I am not sure. That’s kind of what I thought from reading on this forum. But it seems like the rules are different in Canada haha I was fully expecting to be waiting awhile. But as it sounds on here I’m not the only one with good news.
