I got my AirB&B booked. Staying 30 minutes outside of Moab at Morris' Last Resort Monday-Thursday. I think I will leave a day early so I can hit Imogene Pass on my way back home. Hey @Tricky Dick , you need to update the thread with me as Confirmed.

I get 5 weeks of vacation this year..... I'm about to pull the trigger and join this Safari. Are there any good Bar's in Moab?

Not sure if you are joking, but Utah has some strange drinking laws. Bring your own, beer unless you go to the brewery in town is low alcohol 4 or 5% A lot of the restaurants don’t server liquor. Just beware I got in last year after 14hr drive and no alcohol sales on Sunday.

Beer in Utah was the second worst beer I've ever encountered on planet earth (Tahitian beer being the worst).

Absolutely plan to BYOB unless you like junk beer at insane prices. Even at restaurants and "bars" (not a Utah term, so theirs suck and should be called something else) you have the same 4 options and the ABV cap of 4.5% is ridiculous.

Anyway. . . I'll be down there but not for this event. Plan ahead, I know I will.

The Yamazaki 12 is still a difficult bottle to find. Was a shame when they lost nearly the global supply that was aging after the Fukushima earthquake and tsunami.

Had about 2 fingers left in the bottle at the time of earthquake and it took me 10 years to find a bottle for sale that wasn't over $250.

Hey guys, I helped with this event for a few years when the Northern Colorado Bronco Club ran it until then Utah guys took it over.

Back then we had push back when it cost $25 for the event . Gotta love inflation.

Anyway they are a good group of guys and the trail runs are usually set up in three groups each day hard (bending metal and breaking stuff) medium and easy sight seeing. When you make it off the trail each day there are meetups to plan the next day trails. So the schedule is very fluid.

Most of the medium trails can be run with an early bronco on 33" and open front and rear.

Moab is great and the wheeling is unbelievable. You will have a great time.
