Would seem to me you found your vehicle. Stick with the Wrangler. Personally I'd prefer IFS. Handles the road much better than SFA.
If I so choose to lift it, I'll deal with the issues that come along with that. I want a Bronco because I want a Bronco. Had (3) in the past and look forward to my 4th in the near future. IFS or SFA won't sway me away from it.
The point was, the Bronco is/was supposed to be the competition for the wrangler. Not for the dead FJ Cruiser and Isuzu Vehicross.

Yep and there are already plenty of SUVs for people who want comfort and accoutrements that a Wrangler is lesser equiped to provide. My interest is at least having one other Wrangler type vehicle (the new Bronco) to provide some competition and alternative in that class.

did you 'stick' it to 'em?

Did they give you a 'straight' answer?

Only reason this thread would be buzzing is if a SFA will eventually be available. Otherwise, this thread dies.
(until someone swaps one in anyway)......

That's not a very 'solid' reply.
Are you 'troller'ing us?

Frame looks flat enough to mount a manual steering box. I'd consider going long radius arm 78/79 suspension (they shouldn't theoretically, but they flex like crazy), but probably not the best of them in ride quality. That way, no upper links to try to fit in as V6 ECO turbos and exh may be in the way on both sides. Then track bar of course.
