my personal prediction is that they have been testing all of the mules with backwards suspension, and that the real bronco is SFA and IRS.oh, is that an SFA I spy under there too? Guess what guys, I'm taking this as gospel. (kidding kidding, but due to all the flack I have to throw it into every thread.....now to go drop into the paint thread).
I will accept nothing less than getting out and wiping my windshield with a paper towel. Anything more is just something that's going to break and I'm going to have to replace.I think the bigger issue is the placement of the wipers. I will only buy a Bronco with top-mounted vacuum-actuated wipers.
if tires are 32" in diameter then wheelbase is about 97". wheels may not be 32", but some quick math can give an estimate for other wheel sizes. Some decent side shots at least, it should be possible to figure out wheelbase.
Why this ugly lump is still being used though...
unless it has a solid linkage arm.I will accept nothing less than getting out and wiping my windshield with a paper towel. Anything more is just something that's going to break and I'm going to have to replace.
quick math done: 31" tires give it a 94" wheelbase and 33" gives it a nice 100"if tires are 32" in diameter then wheelbase is about 97". wheels may not be 32", but some quick math can give an estimate for other wheel sizes.
pic is scaled to 10 pixels = 1 inch if the tires are 32", length of green lines are laziness.
Can't we go off the wheel size? They're known, and don't vary like tire sizes. I forget if they're 17s or 18s, but someone here knows, as it's been discussed before.quick math done: 31" tires give it a 94" wheelbase and 33" gives it a nice 100"
You only need one wheel to know that it's 17 inches. To get the wheelbase, you then measure from center to center. But the wheels aren’t matching here.
