You can get a Wrangler 5-8% off invoice with several dealers, that is around 8-12% off MSRP. For a $50,000 Wrangler you could get around $45,000 and also if you like the 4Xe could get another $7,500 off with tax credits... and they hold their values (at least so far)..

Cons: no 35s from factory, not a comfortable ride, out dated interior etc...

I suspect this is about more than a few hundreds dollars in extra profit for FoMoCo, it probably has to do with the outraged MSRP + dealers complaining to corporate about missed profit opportunities.....

My current dealer said they would honor x-plan if it was available. Now that it isn’t I think it’s time to change my reservation to the Texas Group Buy dealer. No brainer now!

I'd wait this out, unless there is timing involved with that Texas Group Buy. We've seen things evolve over the last 1-2 weeks, I'd hold that 1 time change until you absolutely have to make a decision.

About a $1000.00 or more off MSRP depending on the total cost. It's substantial.

It was more of a guarantee of a set price and dealer fees. It was taking the dealer leverage of ADM away from the dealer and locking your price in at a calculated price the dealer doesn't control.

Better for people that already have a reservation maybe. The 2k off invoice @ Granger for new october reservations is better if you haven't already reserved a Bronco yet.

It’s okay! I don’t need the X-Plan to buy the Bronco. Would it have been nice yes but it won’t break my back with out it.
