For those that have not seen the special colors in person there is always the option to order a can of the touch up paint from here . I saw several colors in person at one of the events but I do have a can of the Area 51 to paint my RC bronco so I especially know how it looks

I've been 2 door, manual trans all along. Have been vacillating between Rapid Red and Cyber Orange, but A51 has been coming up from behind, and these photos move it up some more. I actually like the fact that when I have to write down my Bronco's color on a form, I wouldn't know what to put. Haha.

KC...here's an honest question for you regarding the aluminum exterior & hand waxing.

Somewhere on the forum is a Bronco picture with a small dent on the hood from someone closing the hood & locking it down. How thin/delicate is this exterior plating? Its giving me some concern about rubbing the carnuba on & off.

yeah...I hear you on that & I think the same thing was mentioned on the forum post in question.

You described a very rigorous rust-proofing, priming, baking, painting, and sealing process - and I don't doubt that at all. My question really goes to the routine maintenance in my garage....if the hood in the picture dents from the hand pressure of pushing it closed, how sturdy will Bronco be to the hand pressure of applying & buffing out wax???

...or should all that type work be done with an electric polish buffer & a Very gentle touch?

For those asking why the colors don’t appear similar to other shots of the A51, it often comes down to exposure and white balance. First shot below is the original posted by the OP, and the bottom is one I edited very quickly by increasing the exposure (brightness, if you will) and decreasing the warmth of the colors by adjusting the white balance.

I still find it crazy that the wheel option is more expensive for you guys down in the states, while up north here the b&p has them listed at $700. But to add the upgraded tires costs us an extra $1595.
