I assume there are wires routed through the firewall into the engine bay. That's what they do on the F series trucks with aux switches. I used one in my Super Duty for high idle on the diesel. I believe there were two 10 amp, one 20 amp, and one 30 amp switch.
... ?? would this be a good place to route 4 gauge wire for a subwoofer power to amp line?

Finding a good in through the fire wall is sometimes hard.

And who stated there were Bronco Product Specialists at the expo?
Before I asked any questions, I asked the rep for his title/role. He is a Bronco Product Specialist and Ford Performance Driver. He also runs the BN website alongside Esteban, their brand manager.

Was he the tall guy? Because he told me when I explained the context of the question and how it was passed on the B6G board, he said he recalled the conversation and what was posted was not accurate.

Stick with the v6. It’s got direct injection and port injection which means no carbon buildup on the valve stems like you get with direct injection only like the 2.3 has. I have worked on the 2.0 L eco boost version of the 2.3 and the carbon buildup on direct injection after 80k miles is very real.
Really, my Focus ST has 244,000kms and I don’t notice any effect of the carbon buildup that I surely must have?

If you watch the G.O.A.T. mode video it shows the individual pressure for 4 tires but not the spare. I remember because he had them pumped up over 40psi. Unless the bean counters got overly grinchy then I would suspect it has a sensor but not a monitor in the spare. On my F150 it is an intelligent system and when I rotate the tires the monitoring system picks up which tires is which in less than a mile.
FWIW, the tire pressure sensors turn on when the tire rotates. That gives them the ability to shut down when stopped to preserve their batteries. That also means that only wheels that are attached to the axles are going to send a signal for the truck to receive. The sensor in the spare is essentially dormant until it gets put into use. So, the monitor display has no way to show the spare tire pressure because it isn't sending out a signal.

Also, I asked the rep if the sound deadening made a difference and was worth it - he said he felt like it made a difference. I asked about a Ford Performance tune coming at some point, one of the Ford reps asked why would I want that?! Speaking to the Ford driver rep later he went on and on about the 2.7 - I explained I was getting the 2.3 for the manual and he seemed disinterested at that point.

But, I don't want them to look like a 10 year old did the project. I think if you grind the tabs off, there won't be any way to tape them back on. You'll be looking for a new set of letters. If these indeed have tabs, I'm betting you'll be able to press on the side where the tab is located and remove them.

That's exactly what I expected, but you made it sound like an engineering study would be needed to get this done. :)

It was the height. I'm older and it seemed like the step was 3-4 inches higher than my leg wanted to go.
Hmmnm, how old is 'older'? I am 72 and have to issue getting in/out of my 4runner on 37's <so far>:)

Hey...that's great to hear. I'm glad you commented on the cloth seats. I'm pretty sure I'll be happy with the way you described them. I heard they are a robust cloth, which is perfect. Great news on those grill letters. It seems to fit right in with what they are offering in modularity and interchangeability.
Gracias!!
